You didn’t make the team.
The college you want to attend turns you down.
The woman you asked out said no.
You didn’t get the job.
You were passed over for a promotion.
Your husband/wife left you.
Whatever form it takes, being rejected hurts.

One evening his son called out from the bedroom,

I was told by my MLM coach that I needed to write and post articles about all of the personal development I was learning in order to succeed in any home based business. He always wanted people to only do personal development for two years before even starting to build a business. Some days I agree with that, others I don’t, but that’s another blog post.
I started out very hesitantly writing articles because I had been told many times by different people that I did not write well. However, I took the plunge. I remember being so very, very nervous the first time I hit the submit button, my hand was shaking. Then my husband came along and “helped me”! We celebrated with a glass of wine. WOOHOO
My first article was Frustration Let It Drive You. Today I still agree with this, it is just that my frustrations are different today than they were on August 08, 2008.

Do you even know what it takes to build a home based business? When I first started out I really had no idea.
Here is a little sample of where I am at with 188 days to go. The surprising part, I do all of this gladly and with enthusiasm. Maybe without as much sleep as I would like but I truly am having fun!
This 5 year journey has been filled with many challenges. Ones where I question whether or not I shud even be believing that I can do it. Many times I have had to go back to my own Terrific Tuesday Teleclass or my Articles to remind myself it is a process.
Each step of the journey has been learning and I continue to learn every day. It does not have to be a huge learning experience sometimes some of the little things can make a big difference.
